Equipment Return Dates

REMINDER:  EQUIPMENT RETURNS BEGIN MONDAY NOVEMBER 7th!!

Equipment Return Dates

These will be the ONLY dates we are going to have. Please return your equipment to the designated time slot below. If you cannot make your  time slot, please return during any of the listed times.

  • If the equipment is not turned in on these dates, there will be a $20.00 late fee when equipment is returned.

  • If you have players on 2 teams please return to the older child’s team if possible. That is how we have the deposit checks sorted.

  • CHECKS WILL BE DEPOSITED ON FRIDAY NOV. 11 IF EQUIPMENT IS NOT RETURNED!

 Equipment

  • All game pants and white jerseys MUST BE WASHED. We will not allow the return of dirty items.
  • If there is any other stains (other than grass stains) on the white jerseys - YOU MUST PURCHASE THEM. The cost is $25.
  • All helmets must be clean and should have NOTHING on them beyond the AR sticker. No deposit check will be returned if not done.
  • Shoulder pads must have both straps and clips attached.

COACHES

Make sure you have all your equipment (2-footballs 1-tee 4-tackling dummies 1-first aid kit, 1-extra hardware bag).
If you cannot make a date listed, please have an assistant coach attend for you.  Also, make sure to inform ALL Players including those that have quit or got hurt and could not play.

AR Football Clothing Available!
This year we’ve decided to have sweatshirts and other apparel available for purchase online through a third party.
This will allow for more options on hooded sweatshirt styles and designs that are screen printed or applique / embroidered.
 
To get the apparel in a timely fashion, a deadline has been set for Midnight 10/3/2011 for purchasing.
 
A portion of the purchase price will be donated back to the football program. Should you have any questions regarding apparel

ARAA Football Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made in writing and directed to the ARAA football director. All refunds will be given a $25.00 processing fee. A full refund will be given minus the processing fee, until Aug 1st. From Aug 2nd thru Aug 22nd, refunds will be given minus any and all expenses incurred to that point included, but not limited to, uniform fee, team registration fees, and player registration fees. No refund will be given after Aug 22nd with the exception of injuries that require the child to withdraw from football for the remainder of the season and which occur within the first 4 weeks of the season. Refunds for injuries occurring after this date will not be allowed. Contacting you child’s coach will not be accepted as a suitable notification.
