There will be a $50 DEPOSIT PER PLAYER collected at registration for all players participating in House and Traveling Baseball, including T-Ball and Coaches Pitch. Families that choose online registration will need to get their checks to their coach prior to the first practice of the season. Each coach will be provided with a list of volunteer opportunities that his/her team needs to fill. Checks will be returned at the end of the season upon fulfilling volunteer requirement. Questions regarding the policy should be directed by email (click on name for email link) to Shelly Sieben, Traveling Volunteer Coordinator.
If you have multiple children in the program, please pick one volunteer job per team. Thanks!
Upon completion of the season, volunteer hours will be reviewed and checks returned to the coach for distribution to his/her team.
Those that volunteer for on-site registrations, tryouts and/or equipment handout will have already fulfilled their volunteer requirement and will not be required to submit a deposit check. (A list of names will be provided to the coach). Otherwise, please come to your team’s parent meeting before the season starts prepared to sign up for one of the following jobs.
