Anoka/Ramsey Baseball SpiritCups Fundraising Program is scheduled from May 1 - 18, 2013. We have partnered with Brax Fundraising in this very unique fundraising program that features Licensed Major League Baseball (MLB), NFL, Collegiate and US Military Teams/Logos imprinted in 3D lenticular graphics on a set of 4 cups or set of 2 travel mugs. You choose your favorite team(s) from a list of all that are available! They make perfect gifts for friends or family and run only $18 each set of your choice. Your Team Manager will receive a packet for each team soon that will contain a few sample cups (Twins, Gophers, Vikings), order form for each player and a summary flyer from A/R Baseball. This fundraising effort will generate funds that will be used specifically for baseball field improvements in Anoka/Ramsey which we continue to make progress on each season.

The first annual Anoka/Ramsey Baseball "Hit & Run 5K" is set for Saturday morning beginning at 8:30am on June 8, 2013. This is a fundraising family event to benefit continued A/R baseball facilities improvements. The "Hit & Run 5K" takes place at Anoka High School. Cost is $30 or $35 day of. We encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to pick up your event shirt and number. Also there will be a "Home to 1 Race" that will take place during the event with top speed honors to various age groups. Registration for the "Home to 1 Race" is $15 and includes an event shirt and chance at prizes. We encourage you to pass this along to family and friends throughout the metro area to attend on June 8th.

The University of Northwestern Baseball Program and Anoka/Ramsey Youth Baseball Program have partnered to bring you two Parent/Child Baseball Clinics.

Clinic 1 Date: Sunday,  June 2nd from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Ages: All Ages
Location: Alpine Park-Ramsey, MN
Cost: $20.00 per clinic

Clinic 2 Date: Sunday, June 9th from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Type of Clinic: Hitting
Ages: All Ages
Location: Alpine Park-Ramsey, MN
Cost: $20.00 per clinic

If there is rain, the clinic will start later that same day
If the clinic is rained out, the makeup date will be the next Sunday.

The A/R House Baseball 2013 Team Schedules are now available on each team home page for T-Ball, Machine Pitch, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade and 5th-6th Grade Levels. Please visit the A/R House Baseball home page and you will see the left column listing all levels of play. Select your level of play to view all teams in that level where you will be able to select your specific team page which contains your team roster, coach info, calendar and related information. The team manager for each team or designated person is responsible for adding information including photos, links, stories and so on to each team page.

A/R Baseball Apparel Order Form (2 pages) contains a number of apparel and equipment options you may be interested in purchasing. Simply fill out the form and send it in to be delivered to you directly. Socks, pants, jackets, bat bags and more. If there is something you are looking for that is not listed, just send us an email!

The MYAS 2013 deadline for all Baseball Traveling Organizations to register their teams was March 28, 2013. Anoka/Ramsey Baseball registered 2 teams for each age group from 10U - 15U. After numerous reminder emails, A/R website postings, High School Coach - player contact and reminders at the High School Parent meetings, we failed to have enough players register for two teams at the 15U level. MYAS was contacted and informed of the issue. Because games had to be scheduled April 13th at the MYAS game scheduling meeting and having enough players for a second 15U team was not met, the 15UAA team was unfortunately cancelled. This leaves A/R with one 15UAAA team. All registration for 15U is now closed. If you intended on registering your Son or Daughter for summer Traveling Baseball at 15U, your only option now is to register them for 16U.

2013 Anoka/Ramsey Traveling Baseball Rosters/Team Pages

The 2013 Fall Tryouts are now complete. We had 196 kids try out for Anoka/Ramsey Traveling Baseball this year (10U-14U). It was great to see such a good turn out and the great weather was a plus! Everything went very smooth, although we learned that we will need to make a few adjustments for next year to make it run even smoother. Thank you to all those that volunteered their time. Thanks to PHD Baseball. And thank you to all of the parents that were there to observe. 

A/R Traveling Baseball Tryouts for the 2014 season (next year) will be held on August 3, 2013 for the 10U and 11U levels and August 10, 2013 for the 12U, 13U, 14U levels. Please place this on your calendars as you plan summer vacations and plans near the end of the season this coming year. Thank you.
