This page is intended to communicate information regarding Coach Development activites for Anoka/Ramsey Youth Baseball. Feel free to email Scott Leffler A/R Baseball Coach/Player Development Director anytime with questions or ideas.
Welcome to the coach’s corner. Although open to all, this area of the website is designed to contain messages and information targeted at the coaches of the various baseball programs, both recreational and traveling. Information on this page will include helpful things such as rules, practice plans, and practice ideas, as well as important messages for things like the dates for equipment pickup and pictures. As a coach please make it a point to check up on this page at least weekly for new information.
COACHES ROUND TABLE MEETINGS
This past winter, A/R Baseball conducted a number of Coaches Round Table Meetings. We will continue to announce when these opportunities are available for our coaches to receive instruction and improve their craft.
The purpose/idea around having a monthly Coaches Round Table is to present a variety of topics for our house and traveling coaches to help develop a stronger A/R Baseball program. We want to bring more consistency and a clear vision as we develop our youth through our program and feel that our coaches are this foundation! We are looking forward to upcoming monthly topic discussions and encourage participation. Special guest presenters with a wide range of baseball knowledge to share with our coaches will also be a part of the monthly forum.

Positive Coaching Alliance and Anoka/Ramsey Baseball have established a partnership for the 2012 season. We look forward to the comittment towards coaching and team improvement for the 2012 season within our program. Look for more specific announcements soon.
