Traveling Soccer - for ages U8 to U19
Director - Bill Casey

Traveling soccer provides an opportunity for kids to be involved in an organized soccer program in a competitive environment.  This program is geared for the individuals that want to be more serious about their skills development in a team training atmosphere.  Our traveling teams enjoy the luxury of training with professionals in a single team environment with a max ratio of 18:1 (players:trainer).  This enables the trainer to completely focus on the development of the individual technical skills and the total team tactical development without distractions from other teams and/or individuals.

ATTENTION TRAVELING SOCCER PLAYERS
Beginning August 1st, 2008, Northern Lights Soccer Club will require one of the below listed documents as proof of age, prior to issuing a players pass for competitive play.  The ONLY accepted forms of identification & age verification are:

United States Passport (photocopy) - must be current passport, expired passports will not be accepted.
Original United States Birth Certificate (photocopy) - must be written/typed in english.

Please be aware that we will not keep the original documents however, we are required by MYSA to have a verified photocopy in our records in the event any of our membership is challenged.  It is unfortunate that we must go through this process but due to cheating, birth certificate tampering, illegal players and the heavy fines and forfeitures that we are faced with by our state association, we must have this process to protect our membership.  In the event you leave our club, it is your right to request the filed copy be returned to you.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause your family.

Regards,
Northern Lights Soccer Committee
