LACROSSE

Welcome to ARAA Lacrosse

Welcome to the Anoka Ramsey Lacrosse Program! We were able to coordinate a summer season that is compliant with the COVID-19 recommendations and has been approved to move forward by the ARAA Board.  Emails have been sent keeping anyone who was registered for our Box or Spring Lacrosse seasons in the loop on things.  If you have any questions please email either Terry or Mike, contact info on our About Us page on this website.  Take care, ARAA Lacrosse Board.

Practices are:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
  • 6:00 - 7:30
  • Grey Ghost feilds, next to the windmill by the high school

Below is the Waiver that we will need for you to print out, sign, and bring to the first practice session before your player may participate.  Also below is a description of our return to play plans for your review.

ARLC offers Lacrosse season's and clinics for both boys and girls that have regularly scheduled and coached practices, games with other lacrosse programs, and end of season tournaments.  More information on Anoka Ramsey Lacrosse is below and on our  ARLC Offerings page

Box Lacrosse:  Box lacrosse is a fast paced, exciting game that is played indoors and improves players stick skills, enhances footwork, shot skills, and passing in traffic.  Nets are smaller and goalies are more heavily padded so offense needs to be creative.

Depending on enrollement we may have equipment to borrow as well.  This is a great way to give lacrosse a try if your young athlete is not sure if he/she wants to join.  Many of our Instructional Lacrosse athletes  decide they like lacrosse and want to play the regular season and it is then fine for you to register your first year athlete for Spring Lacrosse at that time.
