Learn exactly where your child excels and what they're working toward

Dear Parents,

At Northern Lights, we believe quality clubs support their coaches, parents and players. To that end, we're excited to introduce new software that will allow us to provide families with feedback about their child's soccer journey!

Zoom Reports allows our coaches, in conjunction with our Director of Coaching, to give you feedback about your player throughout the season. We will track not only player development within the season, but also over the course of multiple seasons. This tool will help your soccer player know exactly where they excel and where they should focus their efforts. With this software the possibilities are endless. We are excited to use this tool to improve and track long-term player development and pathways through soccer.

Want to know exactly when these reports will be in your hands? Here's an anticipated timeline:

Mid/End April - receive an email from ZoomReports that an evaluation has been completed by your child's coach. Login to create an account and view the evaluation.

Late April/Early May - receive an evaluation from DOC, Aaron Lindquist.

Late June/Early July - receive an evaluation from DOC, Aaron Lindquist.

Early/Mid July - receive a formal evaluation from your child's coach.

Going forward players and their parents will know what they are doing well as well as where they could improve. We will use these evaluations as part of our tryout process for the Fall 2019/Summer 2020 season.

Here is a player/parent demo video regarding Zoom Reports:  PLAYER DEMO
