Dear Parents,
You should have received word over the weekend that your team is scheduled to have a meeting regarding the Spring 2017 season.
We have made every effort to schedule this meeting during your child's regular indoor winter training at Adrenaline Sports Center in Coon Rapids. While we know that weekends can be busy with other sports and activites please make every effort to send an adult representative of your family to your scheduled team meeting.
At this team meeting you, along with other parents on the team, will get a chance to discuss:
*Potential summer tournaments and their associated cost. It is paramount that you attend so team parents can get your input and understand your comfort level with additional tournament costs.
*Any paid coaching fees associated with your team. You'll leave with an understanding of the estimated cost of your coach, if applicable.
*The team training plan for winter/indoor training. 
*New uniforms for the Spring 2017 season. You will soon receive an email inviting you to order your child's uniform for the Spring 2017 season. The estimated cost is $120 per player. This is a club-wide overhaul of our uniforms as Adidas has discontinued our current style. All players will be assigned a jersey number. We are working to assign as many players as we can to their current numbers but many players will indeed receive new jersey numbers due to the age group changes from the state which caused duplication of numbers on many of the teams.
*Needed paperwork. Parents will be asked to turn in medical release forms and a copy of their child's birth certificate if it isn't already on file. Families will also need to turn in a volunteer bond check the day of the meeting. Upon completion of 4 volunteer bond hours (assigned and available via DIBS), the check will be destroyed. Families can choose to have their check cashed and forgo the volunteer work. Families who haven’t completed PACT training will be notified they must do so before the start of the Spring 2017 season.
