Required Equipment for girls lacrosse:

Goggles: These protect the players eyes during play. There are several options to choose from, it’s really a personal choice as to what feels best.
Stick: Girls’ lacrosse sticks can be purchased fully assembled or can be customized to what feels good to the player. Note: Girls’ sticks are different than the sticks the boys use. Girls have two stick sizes—one for attack, midfield and defense; one for goalie. Girls’ sticks are shallower, allowing for less of a pocket.
Mouth Guard: A must-have to play.
Cleats: Helps with traction on the field.
