Covid Return to Play Guidelines

Anoka Ramsey Athletic Association is committed to a safe return to play for all of our athletes.  Any general questions can be directed to the ARAA Covid Administrator, Jen Niska-vpresident@arsports.org.

ARAA Covid-19 Protocols- August 23, 2022

If you are sick, stay home! It is okay to be sick. It is okay to rest. Missing practice or a game because you are sick will not impact future playing time.

This is youth sports – health is more important than any individual practice or game.

ALL policies below are the same, regardless of vaccination status.

o   Return after day five if you test negative (at-home tests are acceptable)

If you are exposed to COVID from someone who does not live in your home
