ARAA Covid-19 Protocols- August 23, 2022
If you are sick, stay home! It is okay to be sick. It is okay to rest. Missing practice or a game because you are sick will not impact future playing time.
This is youth sports – health is more important than any individual practice or game.
ALL policies below are the same, regardless of vaccination status.
Athletes
If you test positive for COVID
o Stay home, rest up, drink lots of water, and follow medical advice
o Let your coach know
o Return after day five if you test negative (at-home tests are acceptable)
If you are exposed to COVID from someone who does not live in your home
o You may continue to come to sports
o If you begin to have symptoms, stay home. We encourage you to test. If you test and test negative, even with symptoms, you can return to play (at-home tests are acceptable)
