Anoka Youth Wrestling COVID-19 Protocol

Back to the Mat Protocol

Screening, Check-in, and Mask Requirements:

  • Parents/Guardians and other family members are not allowed in our practice facility during practices. A private/secure live streaming will be provided for parents/guardians.
  • Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to practice to allow for wellness screening
  • We ask 4th grade and under parents/guardians to walk your child to the door. We will have an adult present at the drop off door to ensure wrestlers get to the wrestling room.
  • Daily temperature and COVID screening should also be checked before coming to practice.
  • Wrestlers will be put in groups of 25 or less and established practice pods of 4 for the season. Practice groups will be based on weight, experience, and age. Each pod will be separated by 6ft whenever possible. 
  • Mats and other surfaces will be washed and sanitized before and after each practice.
  • Wrestlers must bring and wear clean & sanitized gear to wear during practice. Please wash all gear under "sanitize" option in the washing machine or in hot water. 
  • All wrestlers MUST bring their own filled water bottle that is clearly labeled. 
  • Please be ON TIME to pick up your wrestler. 4th grade and under must meet their child at the door. ARAA pre-determined volunteers (cleared with background checks) will be walking wrestlers to the door, ensuring they are handed off to parents/guardians. 
  • All coaches/volunteers must wear a mask

How to Print Your MNUSA Card

Once you have purchased your membership card on-site at a tournament and it has been entered into the system (typically 1-2 days from the date of tournament) you should use your ID and password to access the USAW Membership website and then go in and print your card. This is the process now used to print your card. USAW does not send an email with codes and information about getting your card. You print your own Wrestler’s and Wrestling Leader cards.

You can print your card within a few seconds of having purchased your memberships when you purchase your membership on-line.

Once you have your ID and password, go to In the login box you enter your id on the first line, and your password on the second line.  The password is case sensitive.  On the path that you choose there is a link that indicates "Print my card(s)", Click on it and print your cards.
